Refund and Cancellation Policy At Capitalizing Queens LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting and business marketing solutions. In alignment with our dedication to professionalism, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies, which vary based on the specific services rendered. General Principles: Capitalizing Queens LLC is a consulting and business marketing solutions limited liability company, entitled to compensation for our time, expertise, advisory services, and consultations. Payments made for these services are considered advanced payments and are regarded as earned once the service is delivered. Refund Policy Standard Refund Policy: Refunds are generally not issued unless specifically stated and are contingent upon a cancellation notice provided at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of premature termination of the agreement for cause, a fair calculation will be conducted based on the professional service rates, considering work performed up until termination. Any unearned amount, after adjusting for deposits, will be refunded accordingly. However, no refunds will be issued once the scope of service is completed. Third-Party Payments: Payments made to third parties such as investments, government fees, attorney fees, or vendor payments are outside the scope of responsibility for Capitalizing Queens LLC. Refunds related to these payments must adhere to the policies of the respective third parties. Technical Errors: Full refunds will be processed in cases of technical errors, such as double billing, attributable to Capitalizing Queens LLC. Service Execution Issues: If a service cannot be executed competently, a refund request may be initiated. A fair evaluation of compensation for time and efforts will be conducted before any refund is approved. Fee Structure: Success fees, referral fees, brokerage fees, or commissions earned are non-refundable. Administrative Charges: Any refund requests resulting from customer errors will incur a $150 administrative charge, once approved. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 to 45 business days through the original payment method. If the original payment method is not feasible, refunds will be made via bank transfer. Cancellation Policies: Different services have specific cancellation policies. To ensure clarity and adherence to terms, we encourage all clients to review these policies prior to engaging in services with us.
